A permit required pole building is a pole building that will meet your local building code. Most counties require buildings like garages, shops, storage buildings to be this type. This type of building is generally for anything that needs to have a permit.

In Oregon if it is a true agricultural building, on a working farm, for animals, hay or farm machinery you may qualify for an ag building. (See your county building department to see if you qualify.) Outside of Oregon if your county do not require a building permit this will also work for you.
